VSNC Cancels 2018 Conference Due to Hurricane Florence

Roanoke, VA – The Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference, Inc. (VSNC, Inc.) Board of Directors regrets to announce that the 2018 Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference scheduled to be held at the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel on September 14-15, 2018 has been cancelled due to Hurricane Florence.

2018 Conference Registrants:

All conference registrants will be provided with a refund of their conference registration fee within the next 45 days. Conference registration fees received from those who registered online will be electronically refunded back into the account or card from which they were drawn. Those who mailed their conference registration fee by check will receive a reimbursement check from VSNC, Inc. All conference attendees should verify that their hotel room has been cancelled.

2018 Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors:

All conference sponsors and exhibitors will be contacted to determine the most convenient manner for VSNC, Inc. to return their generous financial support.

2018 Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Award Recipients:

All 2018 Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Award recipients will be notified and plans made to present their award to them. In addition, all 2018 award recipients will be recognized during the 2019 Virginia StatewideNeighborhood Conference Awards luncheon.

VSNC, Inc. apologizes for this inconvenience and hopes to see each of you at next year’s conference being held at the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, Virginia on September 13-15, 2019.
